The owners were about two weeks away from losing their home to foreclosure when they first called NewLook Realty. We were able to contact their bank with them on a three way call, explain to the bank that the house was in contract to be sold and complete the purchase. The purchase saved the equity for the sellers, and allowed us to make improvements to the home and sell it. We installed new cabinets, windows, countertops, fixtures and hardware and a new HVAC unit. We updated all the bathrooms, flooring, and landscaping while we sought new buyers for the home. The sellers were able to downsize since their children moved out previously, and were able to purchase a condo in an assisted living facility in cash after they sold us their home. Everybody won!
